Does the subnet 192.168.1.0/24 exist like a public Class C network? The RFC 1918 established that this is a private network and I'm wondering if it exists also as a public network. -
If I have a subnet mask of 255.255.248.0, will 192.168.250.5 and 192.168.252.4 be capable of talking directly to each other? - Quora
